1 General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing tee999 (the "Platform"), registering a player account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or sports betting market offered by tee999, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and tee999 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior oral or written representations.

tee999 operates as an online entertainment platform offering casino games, sports betting, bingo, and related services to players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) as the primary account currency. The Platform is accessible via the domain tee999.app and any sub-domains or mirror domains operated by tee999.

tee999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, tee999 will provide advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted exclusively in accordance with their English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation most protective of responsible and fair platform operation shall prevail. tee999 makes no representation that these Terms conform to the laws of any particular jurisdiction beyond what is expressly stated herein.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register a tee999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. tee999 is strictly an 18+ platform. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be facilitated under any circumstances.
• You must be acting as an individual and registering solely on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of tee999 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not already hold an active, suspended, or previously closed tee999 account. One account per player is strictly enforced.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify tee999 promptly if any details change.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

tee999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible platform management standards. Before processing any withdrawal request, tee999 may require you to submit identity verification documents, which may include:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account)

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by tee999 may result in withdrawal delays or, in cases of suspected fraud or underage access, account closure and forfeiture of funds in accordance with applicable law.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tee999 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account OTP with any third party. tee999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. 3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tee999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

3.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at tee999 is ৳100 for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank transfers. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your tee999 wallet in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. tee999 does not charge any fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

3.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by tee999 within the following estimated timeframes, subject to successful KYC verification and fraud checks:

• bKash / Nagad: Approximately 15 minutes after approval
• Rocket / Upay: Within 1 hour after approval
• Bank Transfer: 1 to 3 business hours after approval

tee999 charges zero withdrawal fees on all methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits to the same account, or to verified accounts in your name, in order to prevent money laundering and fraud.

3.4 Refused and Reversed Transactions

tee999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, unauthorised payment method use, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, tee999 will notify the affected player and may request additional verification documentation before releasing funds.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

tee999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal festival promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and other events. All bonuses are subject to individual terms published at the time each offer is made available. In the event of conflict between a specific bonus's terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that bonus only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by tee999 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds applicable to sports betting contributions, and game contribution percentages will be clearly stated in each individual bonus offer. Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, using multiple accounts to claim a single offer, or exploiting technical errors — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 7 days from the date of award if wagering requirements have not been met within that period. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived solely from expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.

4.4 tee999 VIP Programme

The tee999 VIP loyalty programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Loyalty points are earned by placing qualifying real-money wagers across all eligible game categories on the Platform. Accumulated points, tier benefits, and reward structures are governed by the VIP Programme Terms published separately on the Platform. tee999 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, point values, and available rewards at any time, with changes communicated to affected players with reasonable advance notice.

5 Game Rules & Betting Conduct

5.1 General Game Rules

Each game available on the tee999 Platform — whether a slot title, live dealer table, crash game, bingo room, or sports betting market — is governed by its own specific game rules. These rules are accessible prior to launching each game or placing any wager. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before participating. By launching a game or placing a bet, you confirm your acceptance of the rules applicable to that game or market.

5.2 Game Providers and Certification

All casino games offered on tee999 are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes for random number generator (RNG) games are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator systems. 5.3 Sports Betting

5.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the recording or settlement of any game round or bet, tee999 will investigate the incident and may void the affected round or wager. tee999 is not liable for losses incurred by a player as a direct result of system failure. Any winnings paid due to a system error that should not have been credited will be reclaimed by tee999 upon discovery.

6 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tee999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform, in addition to any legal remedies available to tee999:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity
• Providing false personal information during registration, KYC, or at any other time
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or is not registered in your name
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker-format games
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers by placing offsetting bets, hedging bets across accounts, or claiming bonuses under multiple identities
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law
• Allowing or facilitating a third party to use your tee999 account

tee999 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, tee999 will act without prior notice to protect the integrity of the Platform and the experience of legitimate players.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your tee999 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — please clearly state this when contacting support, as a different process applies and additional protections will be activated immediately.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

tee999 offers self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, and permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon immediately upon confirmation by our support team. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked from login, and tee999 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from creating a new account. 7.3 Suspension or Closure by tee999

tee999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached by the account holder
• Fraudulent or criminal activity has been conducted using the account
• The account holder is or has become ineligible to use the Platform (e.g., found to be under 18)
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires account action

Where an account is closed by tee999 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, tee999 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance as appropriate to the circumstances.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay). tee999 will notify the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of up to ৳200 per month deducted from the account balance, applied only after written notice has been sent and no response or activity has been recorded. Once the balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

tee999 endeavours to maintain continuous 24/7 Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party provider outages (including game studios or payment processors), or events beyond tee999's reasonable control. tee999 will not be liable for any losses, costs, or inconvenience arising from planned or unplanned Platform downtime.

8.2 Exclusion of Warranties

The tee999 Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tee999 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. tee999 does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, bugs, viruses, or other harmful components, though tee999 takes reasonable technical measures to maintain Platform security and integrity.

8.3 Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tee999's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tee999 shall not in any event be liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless tee999, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or any dispute between you and a third party in connection with Platform use.

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which tee999 operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration or the appropriate competent court, as determined by tee999 in accordance with applicable law.

8.6 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
